premonmāda haila, uṭhi’ iti-uti dhāya
huṅkāra karaye, hāse, kānde, nāce, gāya

Synonyms

prema-unmada—the madness of love; haila—there was; uthi—getting up; iti-uti dhāya—runs here and there; huṅkāra—resounding; karaye—does; hāse—laughs; kande—cries; nāce—dances; gaya—and sings. 

Translation

Exhibiting ecstatic emotions, the Lord began to run here and there, making resounding noises. Sometimes He laughed, and sometimes He cried, and sometimes He danced and sang.
