eka vipra, eka sevaka, candana vahite
purī-gosāñira saṅge dila sambala-sahite
Synonyms
ekavipra—one brāhmaṇa; eka sevaka—one servant; candana—the sandalwood; vahite—to carry; puri-gosanira—Mādhavendra Purī; saṅge—with; dila—gave; sambala-sahite—with the necessary expenditure. ¶
Translation
One brāhmaṇa and one servant were given to Mādhavendra Purī just to carry the sandalwood. He was also given the necessary traveling expenses. ¶
