remuṇāte kaila gopīnātha daraśana
tāṅra rūpa dekhiñā haila vihvala-mana

Synonyms

remuṇāte—in the village of Remuṇā; kaila—did; gopīnātha—the Deity of Gopīnātha; daraśana—seeing; tanra—His; rupa—beauty; dekhiñā—seeing; haila—became; vihvala—bewildered; mana—mind. 

Translation

Going into South India, Śrī Mādhavendra Purī visited Remuṇā, where Gopīnātha is situated. Upon seeing the beauty of the Deity, Mādhavendra Purī was overwhelmed.
