saba bhakta-gaṇa-ṭhāñi ājñā māgilā
vana-pathe cali’ cali’ vārāṇasī āilā
Synonyms
saba bhakta-gana-thani—from all the devotees; ajna magila—asked permission; vana-pathe cali cali—traversing the forest path; vārāṇasī aila—he reached Vārāṇasī. ¶
Translation
He took permission from all the devotees and then departed. Traveling on the forest path, he soon reached Vārāṇasī. ¶
