# Kṛṣṇa's Abode *On the spiritual world, Vaikuṇṭha, and the eternal destination* --- ### Three-Fourths Spiritual > This material creation is exhibition of one-fourth energy of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The three-fourth creation is in the spiritual world, Vaikuṇṭhaloka. — Bhagavad-gītā 16.11-12, Sanand, 1975 --- ### No Return from Kṛṣṇa > If you go to Kṛṣṇa... *Yad gatvā na nivartante tad dhāma paramaṁ mama.* If you go to Kṛṣṇa, then you don't get any more chance to come down and take a material body. You can live there eternally blissful life of knowledge. But if you go to Kṛṣṇa... *Yad gatvā na nivartante tad dhāma paramaṁ mama.* If you go to Kṛṣṇa, then you don't get any more chance to come down and take a material body. You can live there eternally blissful life of knowledge. — Caitanya-caritāmṛta Lecture, Atlanta, 1975 --- ### Even Brahmā Dies > Kṛṣṇa says, *ābrahma-bhuvanāl lokān punar āvartino 'rjuna.* Even if you go to the topmost planet, which is called Brahmaloka... There you can live for many millions of years, but you have to die. As you have to die here, as the cats dies, dog dies... We human being, we also die. The demigods, they also die. The Brahmā will also die. Nobody can save himself from death. — Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 6.1.1, Melbourne, 1975 --- ### Kṛṣṇa's Invitation > *Yad gatvā na nivartante tad dhāma.* He is also giving information, "You come to Me. This abode, the material world is *bhūtvā bhūtvā pralīyate.* This world is created, it remains for some time and then it is annihilated. Just like your body, my body, it was created some time ago, now it is working and a day will come when it will be destroyed. In the same way, this material world, this universal form of the Supreme Lord, it is *bhūtvā bhūtvā pralīyate.* — Bhagavad-gītā 9.3, Chandigarh, 1976 --- ### One-Fourth of Creation > This universe is only one universe. There are millions of universes like this. You combine all the universes together that makes one part of the Supreme Lord's creation. *Ekāṁśena sthito jagat.* When the Supreme Lord described about His opulence to Arjuna, this is only one portion of the Lord's creation. Similarly there is Vaikuṇṭha-loka. — Bhagavad-gītā 9.3, Chandigarh, 1976 --- ### Receive Your Spiritual Body > One who has understood the Supreme Lord, *janma karma ca me divyam evaṁ yo vetti tattvataḥ,* if he has understood then *tyaktvā deham,* after giving up this body *punar janma naiti,* means he will not accept a material body again. He receives his spiritual body and with his spiritual body he goes back to Godhead. That is wanted. — Bhagavad-gītā 9.3, Chandigarh, 1976 --- *10 quotes from Śrīla Prabhupāda on Kṛṣṇa's abode* Back to Quotes
