The resultant action of karma…
- [00:27]
-
Find out this verse…
- [00:35]
-
They say that everything in the universe always goes to a disarangement, it is disaranging, disorder.
- [00:44]
-
The universe is tending towards the greatest disorder.
- [00:50]
-
But what they are experiencing is that there is a big order that started one day.
- [00:57]
-
This big order that they are seeing. The world going around, spinning, and the Sun and so many nice arrangement.
- [01:04]
-
This very complex machine. But they just won’t ask, “What’s the cause of that?”
- [01:08]
-
If everything goes to disorder, who started the order in the first place?
- [01:12]
-
They don’t ask it, they just won’t ask. Everyone raises this question. They just say, “We have no means of knowing.”
- [01:20]
-
That means you are rascal. Because you have no means…
- [01:41]
-
…there are many patients in the hospital, starving. Why do they not mention about them?
- [01:46]
-
And give them food? Will it be allowed? There are thousands of patients in many hospitals, they are starving.
- [01:56]
-
And go and supply them food. Why do they not go there?
- [02:06]
-
Because it is the order of the superior.
- [02:10]
-
Whatever it may be, there is some reason for their starving.
- [02:18]
-
Most people do not understand that suffering is allotted to people, due to karma. They think it is just some accident.
- [02:31]
-
We see that starvation…voluntary. They are also starving.
- [02:40]
-
They have got enough food at home but still they are starving. Why?
- [02:46]
-
Why they do not go there. - They become disgusted with their families.
- [02:56]
-
Anyway starvating, there are many persons starving.
- [03:10]
-
Conclusion is starving is one of the items of this material world.
- [03:30]
-
Why throughout the whole world, there are so many persons, they are rotting in the jaols. Why?
- [03:41]
-
Is it due to others fault or his fault?
- [04:10]
-
His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada will soon be getting here
- [04:15]
-
and we are getting the temple ready for the occasion.
- [04:21]
-
Here, in his private garden, he speaks with a well-known Venezuelan lawyer, and a Dominican ambassador to Turkey.
- [04:28]
-
So, therefore, the modern education they’re simply committing sinful activities.
- [04:48]
-
So nature’s law is so strict but we are walking on the grass,
- [04:55]
-
and killing some ants and insects so we are responsible.
- [05:13]
-
Therefore, unless we keep ourselves busy in Krishna’s business,
- [05:19]
-
we are becoming liable to be punished for so many criminal activities.
- [05:38]
-
Just like in your law, if somebody kills somebody else, he’s punished.
- [05:52]
-
Manmade laws, they are made, if a man kills another man then he is punished,
- [06:00]
-
but if he kills an ant, he is not punished.
- [06:13]
-
But God made law is if you kill a man you are punishable, if you kill an ant, you are punishable.
- [06:31]
-
His Divine Grace daily gives discourses on his morning walks about the value of human life and the purpose
- [06:39]
-
behind spiritual understanding. Disciples and friends as well as important dignitaries from all parts of the world
- [06:47]
-
put questions to His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada, and he explains very simply from the highest platform
- [06:54]
-
of spiritual realization, the sublime nature of this sankirtan movement of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
- [07:03]
-
At any time one side of the planet is hidden by the sunshine,
- [07:07]
-
so one is saying, “This side is better than the other side.” Although it is stool,
- [07:14]
-
because the up-side is dry, he says, “This is better side.”
- [07:19]
-
Similarly, you have to die but they think that dying out of starvation
- [07:27]
-
and motor accident is not good. Dying in this way is good. But when you say stop death, they don’t hear.
- [07:42]
-
So what is contradiction? Everyone is being controlled.
- [07:46]
-
What is contradiction?
- [07:50]
-
One day they say one thing, one day they say something else.
- [07:54]
-
That means rascals.
- [07:59]
-
You cannot talk because you have no knowledge.
- [08:02]
-
You say “perhaps”, “maybe.” What is the value of your knowledge?
- [08:04]
-
Don’t talk!
- [08:08]
-
The monkey is very busy. Whatever comes…
- [08:14]
-
Unnecessary. And people will in India “Drive, drive, drive.”
- [08:21]
-
But they think they’re very busy. Very important person.
- [08:39]
-
Very small brains, big mouth.
- [08:54]
-
You have got nice argument for capturing, but no opportunity for capturing.
- [09:21]
-
No food. Inviting some of us.
- [09:36]
-
The more you distribute, the more you become recognized.
- [09:57]
-
But, like, the same teacher I heard him saying this, ? says this. He said,
- [10:02]
-
“There is no god. This is an invention of the necessity of mind.”
- [10:07]
-
Why do you die?
- [10:14]
-
He says the most perfect, no one can make something better…
- [10:17]
-
What is perfection? Why do you die? You don’t like to die.
- [10:20]
-
Where is perfection? Nobody wants to die. But to be sure he will die.
- [10:28]
-
Where is perfection?
- [10:30]
-
He says it is because of the fear of dying, one invents God.
- [10:35]
-
Stop at this and we shall not think of God.
- [10:38]
-
So you follow the advice as given by Rupa Goswami.
- [10:47]
-
The first thing is enthusiasm, that I must see Krishna.
- [10:54]
-
You are seeing Krishna, the deity of Krishna and Krishna is non-different.
- [10:58]
-
But even personally you can see, simply we have to continue the enthusiasm.
- [11:27]
-
Enthusiasm means to take things very seriously, and patiently,
- [11:35]
-
although we are determined to go back to home, back to Godhead.
- [11:40]
-
So you should patiently follow the rules and regulations.
- [12:01]
-
So these are the six principles: enthusiasm and firm determination,
- [12:11]
-
and patience, and executing the regulative principles,
- [12:22]
-
means behavior must be very honest, no duplicity.
- [12:37]
-
Dealing must be very honestly, no hypocrisy. and in the association of devotees.
- [12:49]
-
If you follow these six principles, namely enthusiasm, determination, patience,
- [12:57]
-
and executing the regulative principles, and keep yourself honest and
- [13:06]
-
in the association of devotees.
- [13:09]
-
Thank you for receiving me in this temple, and I was very happy.
- [13:14]
-
So my request is that you continue your devotional service very faithfully
- [13:26]
-
and rigidly, then in this life you’ll be able to see Krishna face to face.
- [13:36]
-
That is a fact.
