Madhya 4.17 ## Text > nānā-rūpe prītye kaila prabhura sevana > sei rātri tāhāṅ prabhu karilā vañcana ## Synonyms *nānā*-*rūpe*—in various ways; *prītye*—on account of love; *kaila*—did; *prabhura*—of the Lord; *sevana*—service; *sei* *rātri*—that night; *tāhāṅ*—there; *prabhu*—Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu; *karilā*—did; *vañcana*—passing. ## Translation **Because of their love for Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, they served Him in many ways, and that night the Lord stayed at the temple of Gopīnātha.**
