Madhya 4.164 ## Text > iṅhāke candana dile, gopāla ha-ibe śītala > svatantra īśvara—tāṅra ājñā se prabala ## Synonyms *iṅhāke*—unto Gopīnātha; *candana* *dile*—when sandalwood will be given; *gopāla*—Lord Gopāla in Vṛndāvana; *ha*-*ibe*—will become; *śītala*—cool; *svatantra* *īśvara*—the most independent Supreme Personality of Godhead; *tāṅra*—His; *ājñā*—order; *se*—that; *prabala*—powerful. ## Translation **"If the sandalwood pulp is smeared over the body of Gopīnātha, then Gopāla will be cooled. After all, the Supreme Personality of Godhead is completely independent; His order is all-powerful."**
