Madhya 20.115 ## Text > tayā tirohitatvāc ca > śaktiḥ kṣetra-jña-saṁjñitā > sarva-bhūteṣu bhū-pāla > tāratamyena vartate ## Synonyms *tayā*—by her; *tiraḥ*-*hitatvāt*—from being freed from the influence; *ca*—also; *śaktiḥ*—the potency; *kṣetra*-*jña*—kṣetra-jña; *saṁjñitā*—known by the name; *sarva*-*bhūteṣu*—in different types of bodies; *bhū*-*pāla*—O King; *tāratamyena*—in different degrees; *vartate*—exists. ## Translation **“ 'This living entity, covered by the influence of nescience, exists in different forms in the material condition. O King, he is thus proportionately freed from the influence of material energy, to greater or lesser degrees.'**
