Madhya 12.14 > সবে কহে, — প্রভু তাঁরে কভু না মিলিবে । > আমি-সব কহি যদি, দুঃখ সে মানিবে ॥১৪॥ ## Text > sabe kahe,-prabhu tāṅre kabhu nā milibe > āmi-saba kahi yadi, duḥkha se mānibe ## Synonyms *sabekahe*—everyone said; *prabhu*—Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; *tāṅre*—unto him; *kabhu*—at any time; *nā*—not; *milibe*—would see; *āmi-saba*—all of us; *kahi*—say; *yadi*—if; *duḥkha*—unhappiness; *se*—Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; *mānibe*—will feel. ## Translation **The devotees gave their opinion and said, "The Lord will never meet the King, and if we requested Him to do so, the Lord will surely feel very unhappy."**
