Antya 6.44 > গঙ্গাতীরে বৃক্ষ-মূলে পিণ্ডার উপরে । > বসিয়াছেন — যেন কোটী সূর্যোদয় করে ॥৪৪॥ ## Text > gaṅgā-tīre vṛkṣa-mūle piṇḍāra upare > vasiyachena—yena koṭī sūryodaya kare ## Synonyms *gaṅgā-tīre*—on the bank of the Ganges; *vṛkṣa-mūle*—underneath a tree; *piṇḍāra upare*—on a rock; *vasiyāchena*—was sitting; *yena*—as if; *koṭī sūrya*—hundreds of thousands of suns; *udaya kare*—rise. ## Translation **Sitting on a rock under a tree on the bank of the Ganges, Lord Nityānanda seemed as effulgent as hundreds and thousands of rising suns.**
