> ādā, lavaṇa, lembu, dugdha, dadhi, khaṇḍa-sāra

*maricera jhāla*—a pungent preparation with black pepper; *āra*—as well as; *madhurāmla*—a sweet-and-sour preparation; *āra*—also; *ādā*—ginger; *lavaṇa*—salted preparations; *lembu*—lime; *dugdha*—milk; *dadhi*—yogurt; *khaṇḍa-sāra*—cheese; *śāka dui-cāri*—spinach of two to four kinds; *āra*—and; *sukutāra jhola*—a soup made of bitter melon; *nimba-vārtākī*—eggplant mixed with *nimba* leaves; *āra*—and; *bhṛṣṭa-paṭola*—fried *paṭola.*
## Translation
**They offered pungent preparations made with black pepper, sweet-and-sour preparations, ginger, salty preparations, limes, milk, yogurt, cheese, two or four kinds of spinach, soup made with bitter melon, eggplant mixed with nimba flowers, and fried paṭola.**
