Ādi 14.45 > কভু মৃদুহস্তে কৈল মাতাকে তাড়ন । > মাতাকে মূর্চ্ছিতা দেখি’ করয়ে ক্রন্দন ॥৪৫॥ ## Text > kabhu mṛdu-haste kaila mātāke tāḍana > mātāke mūrcchitā dekhi' karaye krandana ## Synonyms *kabhu*—sometimes; *mṛdu-haste*—by His soft hand; *kaila*—did; *mātāke*—His mother; *tāḍana*—chastise; *mātāke*—His mother; *mūrcchitā*—fainted; *dekhi'*—seeing; *karaye*—was; *krandana*—crying. ## Translation **Once the child, Caitanya Mahāprabhu, chastised His mother with His soft hand, and His mother pretended to faint. Seeing this, the Lord began to cry.**
