‘vaiṣṇavatā’ sabāra antare garva jāni’
īṣat hāsiyā kichu kahe gauramaṇi
Synonyms
vaiṣṇavatā—Vaiṣṇavism; sabara—of all of them; antare—within the mind; garva—pride; jani—knowing; isat—mildly; hāsiyā—smiling; kichu—something; kahe—says; gaura-mani—Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu. ¶
Translation
Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu could understand that the Tattvavādīs were very proud of their Vaiṣṇavism. He therefore smiled and began to speak to them. ¶
