‘ca’ ‘api’, dui śabda tāte ‘avyaya’ haya
yei artha lāgāiye, sei artha haya

Translation
“When the conjunction ca [and] and the adverb api [although] are added to this verse, the verse can assume whatever meaning one wants to give it. ¶
