murāri nā dekhiyā prabhu kare anveṣaṇa
murāri la-ite dhāñā āilā bahu-jana
Synonyms
murāri—Murāri; na—without; dekhiyā—seeing; prabhu—the Lord; kare—does; anveṣaṇa—inquiry; murāri—Murāri Gupta; la-ite—to take; dhana—running; aila—came; bahu-jana—many persons. ¶
Translation
When Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu could not see Murāri amongst the devotees, He inquired about him. Thereupon many people immediately went to Murāri, running to take him to the Lord. ¶
