tomāra āge dhārṣṭya ei mukha-vyādāna“
eta bali’ nāndī-śloka karilā vyākhyāna

tomara āge—before you; dhārṣṭya—impudence; ei—this; mukha-vyādāna—simply opening the mouth; eta bali—saying this; nandi-śloka—the introductory verses; karila vyākhyāna—explained. ¶
Translation
It is even impudent for me to open my mouth before you.” Then, having said this, he recited the introductory verse of Lalita-mādhava. ¶
