ekalā uṭhāñā dite haya pariśrama
keha pāya, keha nā pāya, rahe mane bhrama

Synonyms

ekala—alone; uthana—picking up; dite—to give; haya—it becomes; pariśrama—too laborious; keha—someone; paya—does get; keha—someone; na—not; paya—does get; rahe—remains; mane—in the mind; bhrama—suspicion. 

Translation

“It would certainly be a very laborious task to pick the fruits and distribute them alone, and still I suspect that some would receive them and others would not.
