caitanyera avatāre ei mukhya hetu
bhaktera icchāya avatare dharma-setu

Translation
Therefore the principal reason for Śrī Caitanya’s descent is this appeal by Advaita Ācārya. The Lord, the protector of religion, appears by the desire of His devotee. ¶
